hi!! my name is Liya Hauben and i am a rising junior majoring in nutrition & dietetics. i am currently looking for 2 roommates to live with at the Aspen in the Telluride A unit layout. it is a 2-story 3-bedroom, 3.5 bath apartment with an in-unit washer and dryer. i will be paying about $1150 for the 2026-2027 year.

you would get your own private room and attached bathroom. there’s also lots of amenities included in the complex, such as the gym, pool, hot tub, study rooms, game lounges, free parking, and free campus shuttle.

i love to workout, play board and card games, watch movies/tv shows, philly sports fan, do puzzles, and hang with friends!

i also like to be clean and organized, focused on my studies & schoolwork, and also love chill nights in and also fun nights out! i am pretty easy-going too, kind, caring, and respectful.

I’m a thrower on the PSU track team so a lot of my time is taken up training and competing however I’m very social and when I can fit it in like to hang out with friends. I transferred mid year so haven’t had a chance to make many friends and hope to grow my group next year through my roommates and the team. I love to DJ and play music. I’ve travelled extensively with my family and most interesting place I’ve been is the Amazon in Brazil. I love Thai and Indian food. If I’m not competing on the weekends and have time I enjoy going to parties, shopping, and a good game night.

I love exploring new hobbies and currently I’m trying to play the piano again since the last time I touched a piano was elementary school. I used to play soccer, basketball, and lacrosse but stopped since I started college! On the weekends I love hanging out with friends and catching up on shows! I love meeting new people but also love my quality time to just sit and relax!

I’m really into cars/trucks, I spend tons of time working on them and I’m a member of PSU AVT which is a car club. I have three jobs in the athletic department that keep me pretty occupied throughout the week. I’m a big sports guy, obviously, and I enjoy going out occasionally. I'm mostly looking for one other roommate for a private bed (and shared or private bathroom).
I don't always have a ton of free time, but one of my frequent hobbies is cooking and trying new recipes. I adore creatures of all kinds and have a pet frog named Tomato. When I have time, I love drawing and painting (acrylic). (I've made lots of little bookmarks this way!) I'm currently a part-time MPH student and research technician (in my mid-20's), so I'm usually pretty busy. I currently live in Briarwood Apartments off campus and would love to check out the 2 or 3 bedroom places there, but would consider other apartments that are away from the busy crowds.
